Accepted and returning counselors

Ready for another year of Camp Kaleidoscope? Register here. This step is only for counselors who have already been accepted, and it is not the application for new counselors.

Registration includes:

• Volunteer agreement, handbook acknowledgment, and photo release

• Background check authorization (Live Scan fingerprinting)

• Medical forms, including health history, immunization records, and consent to treat
