The rainbow coordinators

Our "Rainbow" coordinating team consists of a full-time Camp Director and 14 student volunteers (mostly undergraduates) who will raise an impressive $250,000 annually to make Camp Kaleidoscope possible. Our Rainbow team will select and train 60+ Bay Area college student volunteers to serve as camp counselors, develop a week’s worth of programming to entertain children of various ages, and work year-round to constantly improve camp.

Under this experienced guidance, the coordinating team and counselors will learn the value and reward of determination, initiative, team-work and experience the joy of loving their work. Camp Kaleidoscope will develop remarkable leaders. But, most importantly, it will provide a singular infrastructure for learning compassionate leadership.
